Delivery
Wateke delivers within the Benelux, Germany, and France.

We are not liable for damage, loss, or theft of goods during shipment. All parcels shipped with DPD carry a unique barcode that can be tracked online.
If there are any issues receiving your goods, please contact the carrier using this barcode. Parcels are typically dispatched within 24 hours and delivered within 1–5 business days.
As the buyer, you are responsible for any delivery address errors you provide, which may lead to additional costs. Unless stated otherwise, prices on our website exclude transport and delivery; these costs are listed separately.
Delivery times are always approximate and not binding. No delivery delay entitles you to cancel the purchase or claim damages, unless there is a deliberate delay — defined as a delay caused by us of more than 14 days after the communicated delivery term.
We reserve the right to make partial deliveries. If we cannot deliver a product, we will refund the amount you paid without interest or compensation.
Retention of Title
All goods remain the property of Wateke until the buyer has paid the full price, including all costs, charges, default interest, and compensation. In case of non-payment, we reserve the right to take back the goods, by operation of law and at the buyer’s expense.
Complaints
Complaints regarding hidden defects in delivered products must be sent in writing to Wateke as soon as possible and no later than 7 days after delivery.
Right of Withdrawal (Returns)
Received your order but not fully satisfied?
You have the right to withdraw from the purchase within 20 calendar days, starting the day after delivery.
If you wish to exercise this right, please notify us in writing or by email (client@watekeshop.com), stating your order number.
You must then return the item within 7 days of registering the return, in its original, unopened, and saleable condition, to Wateke, at your own risk and cost.
We will refund the purchase price (excluding any shipping costs) within 30 days after receiving the returned item. If the item’s packaging is damaged, you will receive 50% of the purchase amount.
If you wish to exchange your purchase for another product (instead of a refund), please state this clearly in your written request. Shipping costs for exchanges are borne by you as the buyer.
Custom-made or made-to-order items cannot be returned.
Force Majeure
If a delay or failure to fulfil an obligation is caused by events and circumstances beyond our control, we are not liable. In case of delay due to force majeure, we will deliver the order as soon as reasonably possible given the circumstances.
